WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

HOW MAY I GET ASSISTANCE WITH MY ORDER?

I JUST FINALISED MY ORDER AND I AM YET TO RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
You may experience a short delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order confirmation email. You should also check your “SPAM” inbox, as the message may have been redirected depending on your email; settings. If you still have not received an email, please Contact Us.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to modify any of the details. If you want to cancel your purchase, you have 60 mins from the moment you placed your order to cancel it. To cancel your order, please Contact Us on +234 908 783 6355 – available Monday – Saturday, 10am – 7pm and we’ll see what we can do. Please be aware that once your order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel your order.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SPECIFY THE DELIVERY DATE AND TIME?
t is not possible to choose a specific data and time for delivery. The estimated delivery period depends on the shipping method chosen. Please make sure someone is present at the shipping address to receive the order, as the courier usually requests a signature for the delivery. If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, don’t hesitate to contact us.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You should receive your order within 2-7 working days depending on the delivery method chosen at checkout. Please note that packages are not delivered on weekend and local public holidays.
WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM I PURCHASED FROM YOUR SITE IS FAULTY?
Please email refund@ikrest.com and we’ll look into this for you. When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and pictures of your item and the faults. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.
CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM TO PURCHASE IT LATER?
We currently do not offer the option to reserve item online.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with a unique tracking number, so you can check the current status of your shipment. You can follow the tracking link in the email to track your order shipment.
