Job Title: Sales Person
Job Location: Gado Nasko ROad, Kubwa, Abuja
Employment type: Full time
Salary: N30,000.00 – N35,000.00 Naira
Responsibilities:
Greeting clients, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
Manage point-of-sale processes.
Processing, recording and reporting daily sales.
Follow up on payment of all client purchases.
Generating and following up with client leads from churned enquiries.
Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design).
Maintain cleanliness of the workspace.
Post pictures of in-store activities.
Follow up with clients for service feedback.
Ensure high- level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Maintain outstanding store condition.
Maintain a fully stocked store.
Be up to date with product information.
Accurately describe product features and benefits.
Follow all companies policies and procedures.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Customer service focused.
Proficiency in using Excel to record sales.
Basic Math skills.
Excellent organization and follow-through skills.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
Strong administration skills.
Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
Good understanding of record keeping.
